Post & Delivery

DELIVERY IN IRELAND

A €8 charge will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging. We hope to process your order and have it shipped the following working day.

We use DPD couriers or An Post delivery service depending on the area. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and forwarder used. You can track your shipment on http://www.dpd.ie or www.anpost.ie depending on the method used. If the delivery address refuse to accept the goods or you fail to respond to a notification of attempted delivery your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the order to be re-sent to you.

Please ensure you provide a phone number so we can provide this to the courier so they get hold of you should they require directions or how to handle a delivery should you not be at home when they call.

On taking receipt of your order we ask that you inspect it for any damage in transit or shortages and record any such case clearly on the delivery docket. This must then be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.

If your goods do not arrive within five working days or as advised, please e-mail or telephone us and we will contact the carrier.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP

We offer a free curbside collection option. Once your order is packed you will receive notification and a suitable time for collection will be arranged with you.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE IRELAND

We are happy to ship outside of Ireland.

Shipping within Europe is 22 euro for any package up to 2kg and 30 euro for a package from 2-5kg.

Shipping for the rest of the world is charged at 30 euro up to 2kg, and 40 euro from 2-5kg.

We normally will ship by post and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment on www.anpost.ie.PLEASE NOTE

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices, and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honored regardless of subsequent price movement before dispatch.

All goods sold by us remain the property of Lips & P’s until full payment has been received. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms, and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service, and guarantees.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
